Return and Exchange Policy
We value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns for store credit and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Returns: Eligible for store credit only.
- Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for another item of equal value.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- All sales are final if the product has been worn, used, or altered beyond the state of trying on.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Process
- Fill out this Return & Exchange Form with your order number to initiate the return or exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item(s).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Canada & US Only
This policy applies to orders shipped to Canada and the United States only.
