Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-35 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. 

International Orders: Duties, Customs, and Fees are included in our shipping price. You will not pay additional customs fees after purchase.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of CHITCHATS, STALLION EXPRESS, FEDEX, USPS, UPS, DHL, or any other carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
